✓Terms and Conditions contained herein shall apply to the user availing services of NGMB for making payments through the platform. Each user is therefore deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

✓By continuing to access or use the NGMBs services, User will be deemed to have agreed to accept and bound by altered, added or deleted Terms and Conditions. If User don’t agree to alterations, additions or deletions, he / she should discontinue accessing or using the NGMBs services.

✓User may enter his / her details /credentials as mentioned and make their payments through any of the convenient payment channel made available by NGMB from time to time on the platform.

✓In order to access and use NGMBs services User must be an individual of at least 18 years of age who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. In case of a corporation, trust, association of persons or a firm, User(s) must be authorised to agree to the Terms and Conditions to access, use and avail NGMBs services.

✓User warrants that he / she will not use the service(s) of NGMB for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. User agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions.

✓User is solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws of any specific jurisdiction, including but not limited to the provisions of the RBI Guidelines on Regulation of Payment Aggregators and Payment Gateways, Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, RBI Master Direction - Know Your Customer (KYC), Bharat Connect Central Unit Procedural Guidelines and Business Standards for Bharat Connect, Information Technology Act, 2000 and the corresponding rules etc., that may be applicable to User in connection with use of services of NGMB.

✓User expressly agrees and understands that, the NGMBs services are being availed at sole risk. The services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

✓User expressly understands and agrees that NGMB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever of any nature, etc.
